Obituary for John Francis Dooley John Dooley, 71 of Marietta passed away September 6, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 4pm Friday in the Mayes Ward Dobbins Marietta Chapel. Mr. Dooley was born in Berwyn, Ill, he received his MBA from DePaul University in 1970.

He moved to Atlanta in 1976 for a job at Weltin Advertising Agency. Later he opened The Partnership Advertising Agency and was President until he retired in 2005. Mr. Dooley served as President of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association, a member of the Oak Creek Sporting Club and Chairman of the Cobb County Democratic Committee.

He shared in the work and success of his community and loved and enjoyed his family and friends, we will all miss him. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia, his daughter Alison Salayko (Paul), and her children John Henry and Samantha Salayko. He was predeceased by his daughter Kimberly and is survived by her children Alex, Katherine, Will, Elizabeth and Daniel Pawlowski, brother Dennis (Debbie), nephews Tim (Lily) and Patrick Dooley.

Visitation will be from 3 to 4 at the funeral home.
