John Marques Pollard, Sr., age 71, of Ridgeway, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart, Virginia. He was born in Washington, D.C. on April 8, 1948, to the late Lorenzo Marquis Pollard and Rachel Roseta Jonson Pollard. He is survived by his wife, Movita Allen Pollard of the home; daughters, Aloha Jenkins and DeAnna Pollard; sons, John Marques Pollard, Jr.; and Trevilin Allen, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
