John Michael Herron was called home on December 27, 2018. Mike was a cherished son, brother and uncle. He was baptized as a member of the Franklin Methodist Church.

He was renowned for his gift with numbers and he could always be counted on to remember every single birthday and special occasion. He loved cheering on his Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers, and his favorite times were spent watching his teams play while sipping his iced tea. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ellanoir (Randolph) Herron and his best friend and little brother, William Herron, as well as his circle of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is survived by his loving family, his sister-in-law Pamela Herron, his nephew Patrick and wife Jeanine, his niece Alyssa and his great-nephew Cru. Many are left to honor his memory, including his family: Aunt Marge and Uncle Ralph, his cousin Lynne and her husband David, his cousin Jessica and her husband Vaughn, his cousin Matt and partner Kaley, his cousin Kristen and daughter Brooke, and his cousin Lisa and her husband Steven and sons Landen and Roenick. Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC.
