John N. Chambers 54 of Rootstown died Monday, May 21, 2018. He was born July 1, 1963 in Ravenna to Ralph and Carolyn (Vickers) Chambers. John was a self-employed house painter, Survivors include his loving wife of 21 years Julie (Matz), sons Jason and Ryan Chambers, mother and stepfather Carolyn and Bud Bolyard, and siblings Mary Chandler, Denny Chambers, Kim (Tom) Carr, Stacy (Curt Scott) Bolyard, Jessika (Ron) Ferrell, half sisters Barbara (Darren) Anderson and Corina Whitlatch and half brother Dan (Shawn) Chambers.

He was preceded in death by his father Ralph and a sister Kandy Young. Calling hours will be from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 12 PM Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Reverend Scott Hindel will officiate.

Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown. Condolences and memories may be shared at www. sscfuneralhomes.com.
