John R Glashien 52, passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2018. John was born to Edward and Joan (Watson) Glashien March 16 1966 in Bountiful Utah. John will always be remembered for his love of big trucks, only a Chevy would do.

John was an amazing mechanic, and could always be found tinkering with one of his vehicles or a friend’s vehicle. John also had a love for Harleys and loved to ride whenever possible. John was a kind, loving, big hearted person, who made friends easily.

He could master anything he put his mind to, whether it be laying tile, building or remodeling things, and even brewing beer. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. John is survived by his Daughter Madison, brother Ed, sister Jeri (Ron), fiancé Lora, adopted mom Terry, 3 granddaughters, 2 nephews, and Lora’s 5 children and 17 grandchildren.

John is preceded in death by his parents and brother Tim. John is being cremated and memorial services will be held on Saturday November 17 2018 at 55 east 350 north in North Salt Lake City in the building west of the church from 1 pm to 4 pm.
