Obituary for Johnny Dean Spraberry Johnny Dean Spraberry October 13, 1951 – August 18, 2018 Johnny Dean Spraberry of Atlanta TX, passed from this life, August 18, 2018 at home. He was 66 years old. Johnny is preceded in death by his parents Obin and Claudia Spraberry; son Kenneth Armstrong; Brothers Donald and Roy Spraberry; and sisters Vera Haywood and Lavita Cunningham.

He is survived by his wife Lois Ann Spraberry of Rodessa LA; sons Johnny Oneal Spraberry of Ravanna AR and Charles Obin Spraberry of Atlanta TX; daughters Christina Elkins and husband Mark of Smyrna TX, Joyce Denise Slaten of Ravanna AR, and Kimberly Ann Dawson and husband Jake of Baton Rouge LA; brother Toby Spraberry of Queen City TX; sisters Elaine Foster of Queen City TX and Sherry Browning of Texarkana TX; devoted family friend Gary Fouche; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Johnny was an oilfield hand all of his life. Services will be under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.

A visitation will be held in Johnny’s honor, Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Enon Baptist Church in Doddridge AR, beginning at 1:00 PM and ending at 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will begin at the same location starting at 2:00 PM. Interment will immediately follow at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.
