Obituary for David Glenn Mayhugh David Glenn Mayhugh 12 March 1951 – 10 June 2018 David Glenn Mayhugh, born in Sweetwater TX, March 12, 1951, passed from this life, Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Saint Michaels Post Operative Care Center in Texarkana TX. He was a resident of Texarkana TX and sixty-seven years old. David followed in his daddy’s footsteps and became a power line worker for many years.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, deer hunting, and being with his family and friends. He enjoyed woodwork and loved his grandkids/kids. David is preceded in death by his parents O.D. (Pete) and Novis Mayhugh.

He is survived by his devoted wife Debra Ann Mayhugh of Texarkana TX; son Steven Mayhugh of Texarkana TX; daughters Roxanne Ratcliff and husband Bubba of Texarkana TX, Racheal Mayhugh of Texarkana TX, and Elizabeth Mayhugh of Texarkana TX; brothers Randall Mayhugh of Austin TX, and James Mayhugh of Texarkana TX; sisters Beverly McClung of Dallas TX, and Serita Gallip of Palistine TX; four grandchildren; and many life long friends. David will be cremated under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home. A visitation service in David’s honor will be held on June 23rd 2018 at the residence of Cathie Burns 7751 CR 41511, Athens Texas 75751, beginning at 1:00 pm.
