Obituary for Ronald Wayne Blake Ronald Wayne Blake 18 July 1950 – 27 June 2018 Ronald Wayne Blake, born in Springhill LA on the 18th day of July, 1950, passed away at his Queen City home surrounded by his loving and caring family on June 27, 2018. He was 67 years old. Mr. Blake was a proud veteran, serving his country in the United States Navy from 1969 -1973.

He was dearly loved by his family and friends and he was quick to help anyone in need. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and motorcycle riding. Mr. Blake was a Baptist.

He is preceded in death by his father Gene Blake and brother Gary Blake. He is survived by his sons Wade Blake of Shreveport LA and Brandon Blake and wife Sharon of Bastrop LA, mother Audrey Bates of Queen City TX, brothers David Blake of Bastrop LA and Scott Blake and wife Misty of Atlanta TX, sisters Lisa Blake of Queen City TX and Karen Main and husband Michael of Pine Bluff AR, three grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Arrangements are under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
