Obituary for Jobie William Joe Richards William Joe “Jobie” Richards February 18, 1941 – August 13, 2018 William Joe Richards, born February 18, 1941, passed from this life at his daughter’s Atlanta TX home, August 13, 2018. He was 77 years old. Joe is preceded in death by his parents Debud and Mary Lou Richards.

He is survived by his son Michael Richards of Queen City TX; daughters Cindi Richards Young of Atlanta TX, and Pamela Richards Wood and husband Greg of Atlanta TX; sisters Meda Lou Sullivan of Atlanta TX, and Judy Dugan of Frankston TX; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Joe was a Baptist by faith. He was a proud veteran, serving in the National Guard.

He was a renowned welder, enjoyed fishing, 4 wheeling (mudding), and shooting pool. He was the life of the party and lived his life to its fullest every single day until the end. A memorial service will be held in his honor at Queen City Funeral Home, Thursday, August 16, 2018, beginning at 12:00 PM.
