Johnny Lynn Stewart Sylacauga, AL – Funeral service for Johnny Lynn Stewart, 64, will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at The Sanctuary in Sylacauga, with Bro. Freddie Edwards officiating. Mr. Stewart passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Evelyn Stewart. Mr. Stewart proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for over 10 years. He worked diligently for United Parcel Service and retired with 38 years of service.

He was a member of The Sanctuary Church in Sylacauga, where he loved to worship his Lord and savior Jesus Christ. He was known for his love of gardening and being outdoors. He was a loving husband and father, and will be truly missed by his family, friends, and church family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jonina Stewart; daughter, Ivy Stewart; son, John (Christina) Stewart; four grandchildren, Austin Stewart, Aiden Stewart, Adri Martinez, and Alle Martinez. Visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at The Sanctuary in Sylacauga. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Amedysis Hospice for their excellent care and comfort.
