Johnny Navarro was born on February 28th, 1939 to Carmen in Phoenix, Arizona. After high school, he became a welder for sheet metal manufacturing. He was married to Donna, and together they had a family, including their daughter Dolores.

Donna passed away before Johnny. During his life, Johnny moved to live in Newport, Oregon where he lived for the rest of his life. On June 28th, 2018, Johnny passed away at the age of 79 years old.
