Jonathan’s Obituary Mr. Jonathan Andre Parker, age 37, of Chatom, AL was born July 25, 1981 to Mrs. Lettie Mae Taylor Abston and the late Mr. Willie Owen Parker. He departed this life December 7, 2018 in Chatom, AL. Earlier in life, he was baptized at New Light Missionary Baptist Church in Deer Park, Al.

He was a 2000 graduate of Fruitdale High School, Fruitdale, AL. An automobile detailer by trade, “JP”, as he was affectionately known, was a loving and caring person who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Angela Parker.

He will be cherished forever by his devoted wife, Ketishia Poole Parker of Chatom, AL; two sons, Jonathan Parker, Jr., Blaze Currie of State Line, MS; Morgan McGrew of Mobile, AL; Jamiah Parker of Citronelle, AL; Janiya Parker and Jamyah Williamson, both of Chatom, AL; Lettie Mae Taylor of Chatom, AL; three sisters, Trina (Oscar Jr.) Johnson of Millry, AL; Chantez (Ronald) Taylor of Chunchula, AL; Chyrstal Parker of Houston, TX; three brothers, George Wayne Parker of State Line, MS; Willie Earl Parker and Xavier Parker, both of Chatom, AL; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Viewing Saturday, December 15, 2018, 9am until the 11am service at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1591 Deer Park Burbank Road, Deer Park, AL; Rev. Larry Bolton, pastor; Rev.

Ronald Taylor, eulogist. Following the interment ceremony in the church cemetery, the family will receive friends at the Deer Park Community Center. Services with sympathetic care and legendary professionalism entrusted to Andrews Funeral Home, 800 Depot Road, Jackson, AL.
