Joseph John Burke, age 27, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on March 9, 1991 to parents Tim Burke and Jennifer Roberts. Joe was a graduate of Saline High School.

He worked with his father learning construction and roofing and eventually operated his own business, J. J. B. Home Improvements. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, relaxing on the river, and spending time with his family and friends. Joe is survived by his father, Tim (Betsy) Burke; his mother, Jennifer (Garett Kern) Brief; his stepfather, James Brief; his stepmother, Jeri K Murphy; his siblings, Jenna Brief and Dylan Burke; his grandparents, Kathryn Emery and Johnny Ray (Georgia) Roberts; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and stepsiblings who will deeply miss him.

A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Nie Family Funeral Home, 3767 W. Liberty Road, Ann Arbor at 1PM. A memorial service will begin at 2 PM. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Joseph John Burke please visit our Sympathy Store.
