OBITUARY Joseph Rocco Muzzio February 14, 1948 – October 24, 2018 Joseph “Joe” R. Muzzio, 70, of Middletown, beloved husband of Lois (Scherb) Muzzio for 46 years, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 with his family by his side. Born in Yonkers, NY on February 14, 1948, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Ann (Mikita) Muzzio. Joe was a member of the Teamsters Local 671 and retired from McKesson Pharmaceuticals.

Joe was a history buff, avid reader and writer. He was a devoted Yankees fan and passed his love of baseball onto his sons whom he coached through little league. A loving husband, father and grandfather, Joe will be forever missed by his loving wife Lois; two sons, Christopher Muzzio of Bristol and Joseph Muzzio and wife Randalynn of Middletown along with his three adored granddaughters who brought him so much joy, Alexys Davila, Gianna Muzzio and Sophie Muzzio.

Joe is also survived by many extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Stephen Muzzio. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Joe’s Life on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd.
