Obituary of Joseph Navins Joseph A. Navins, 69, of Kingston and a longtime former Tivoli resident, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the HealthAlliance Broadway Campus in Kingston, NY. Born on February 26, 1949, in Rhinebeck, NY, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Bathrick) Navins. Joseph married Susan Gerace on June 11, 1977 at St. Sylvia’s Church In Tivoli, NY and Susan survives at home.

Joe served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Joe worked for over 41 years and was currently the Supervisor of shipping and receiving at STAMP, Inc. in Rhinebeck, NY. In addition to his loving wife, Joe is survived by his daughters, Laura Navins, and Jolene Navins both of Kingston, NY; his siblings, Robert Navins of Germantown, NY, and Patty Myers of Hudson, NY; and a half-sister Virginia Turk of Shokan; along with extended family and friends.

Two sisters, Marie Jornov, and Barbara Quinlin predeceased him. Funeral services and interment will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Burnett & White Funeral Homes 7461 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY.
