Obituary for Joyce Elaine Parks Dooley Joyce Elaine Parks Dooley went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at age 77. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Kermit Dooley; son, Troy (Kathy) Dooley; grandchildren, April Dooley, Tyler (Katelyn) Dooley, Breanna Dooley (Jonathan) White, Cassidy Dooley, Talon Stocks, Mackenzie Dooley, Mackayla Dooley, and Mikah (Sarah) Dooley; great grandchildren, Holden Fulgum, Brynleigh White, Lola Dooley, and Malice Dooley; mother, Ruby Creel Parks; brother, Jimmy (Hilda) Parks; sister-in-law, Pat Dooley; nieces, Marie (Doug) Turner, Pam (Wayne) Martin, and Debbie (Alan) Gray; her best friend, Carol Self; and a host of friends, cousins and aunts. She will be missed by her loving grandchildren that loved their Nanny.

Joyce was preceded in death by her son, Shaun Henry Dooley; her father, James Parks; and one brother, Owen Boyd Parks. She was retired from Genuine Parts Company with over 35 years of service. Visitation will be Friday, June 29, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at The New Gardendale Funeral Home.
