Juan Pablo Garza, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 here in Del Rio. He was born on October 20, 1949 in Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico. Preceding him in death was his son, Marco Garza; parents, Juan and Guadalupe Garza; granddaughter, Ruby Stuart; grandson, Victor Garza.

Family members left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife of 48 years, Ramona R. Garza of Del Rio; Diana Stuart and husband Steve Stuart; Juan Pablo Garza Jr. and wife Yolisma Garza, Jose Garza and wife Angie Garza, and Leonardo Garza, all of Del Rio; Juan Pablo is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Trinity Chapel of Devotion. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish (time pending).

Burial will follow at the San Felipe Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Tom Stuart, Leonardo Garza, Juan Pablo Garza Jr., Steve Stuart, and Jose Garza. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Juan Pablo Garza please visit our Sympathy Store.
