A homegoing celebration for Ms. Juanza Michelle Burney of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018 will be held Saturday, May 19th, 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Rev. Michael Neely, officiating. The interment will be Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Juanza Michelle Burney was born June 4, 1971 in Tampa, Florida to Bobby C. Burney and the late Debra Ann Desseau-Milton. She enjoyed poetry writing, singing and fashion. Juanza was affiliated with Vision of Life Ministry in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Debra Ann Desseau-Milton. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her daughter, Mar’Kierra Mone’ Burney, Joseph Anthony Rolfe III and Eric Collier Poole; grandchildren, Mckenzie Bridges, Kendall Couch, Javian Rolfe-Alaverz, Joseph Anthony Rolfe IIII and Joel Rolfe; father, Bobby C. Burney, Sr.; grandmother, Othelia Burney; brothers, Bobby C. Burney Jr., Johnnie Lee Milton, Jr. and Malik Burney; sisters, Tarsha Latoya Burney, Demetria Smith (James), Erika Danielle Thomas, Tameca Acree (William) and Alicia Burney; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 18th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
