Obituary for Julia Edith Tennant Funeral services for Julia Edith Tennant, age 77, of Wellington, will be Friday, April 13, 2018, 12:00 PM at Wellington First Baptist Church. The Rev. Tommy Miller will be officiating.

Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 AM until service time at the church. Mrs. Tennant passed away on Monday at UAB Hospital.

Survivors include her children; Beverly Garab, Norma Lynn Eliason , Rodney Tennant ,Harold Tennant, Donald Tennant, siblings; Fred Heathcock, Doug Heathcock, Boots Curvin, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Rodney Tennant, Harold Tennant, Donald Tennant, Duke Eliason, Doug Heathcock and David Curvin. Mrs. Tennant was a resident of Wellington and was a member of Wellington First Baptist Church.
