Obituary for Julie Miller Julie Ann Miller, 46, of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Rensselaer, Indiana passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. She was born in Lafayette, Indiana on December 25, 1971, the daughter of Robert Wayne Miller and the late Violet Lucille (Clemans) Miller. Julie graduated from Rensselaer Central High School with the Class of 1991.

She played the clarinet in the school marching band. She was involved in 4-H and enjoyed showing goats and rabbits at the Jasper County Fair. Julie graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

She worked as a relief missionary in Ethiopia for Bible Baptist Fellowship International (BBFI) Missions. She enjoyed traveling, especially to nearby Branson, MO, gardening, and cooking. Julie is survived by her father, Robert Miller; three sisters: Nancy Miller, Cindy Miller and Debra (Charles) Wichmann; two nephews, James Childress and Charles Wichmann, Jr.; two nieces, Hailey Wichmann and Amanda Childress; and two great-nieces, Jada and River Childress.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Violet Miller. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 26th at 11 a.m. (CST) at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Pastor Daniel Hester officiating.
