June Dale Richardson, 87, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Southeast Hospital. She was born September 23, 1931 in Senath, Missouri to James Earl and Lora Jane Cary Dale. She and Bill Richardson were married March 15, 1958 at Memphis, Tennessee.

He preceded her in death on April 3, 2014. She was a graduate of Kennett High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau, where she was involved in various organizations and committees.

She was a member of the garden club in Memphis, Tennessee. Survivors include her two daughters, Lisa (Kenneth) Frayser of Cape Girardeau and Cara Richardson of Jackson, Tennessee; one grandchild, Whitney Quick of Cape Girardeau; brother, James Cary (Barbara) Dale of Houston, Texas; four nieces, Debbie Paylor of Clyde, Texas, Dana Garcia of Houston, Texas, Nancy Richardson of Union, South Carolina and Brenda LaVette of Mount Vernon, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Visitation will be held 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm Thursday at the church with the Rev. Tyler Tankersley officiating.

Entombment will be at Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau. Memorial contributions may be given to Southeast Cancer Center or First Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made at www.
