Obituary of Kay Kelly Kay R. Kelly, 66, of 163 Greenhurst Village Dr. Jamestown, NY, passed away at 8:05 p.m. Thursday, January 24, 2019, in UPMC Chautauqua. A lifelong area resident, he was born August 27, 1952 in Jamestown, NY, a son of the late Robert N. and Carmelita Whalen Kelly. For many years Kay owned and operated Kelly Electric and had also worked for Donald C. Peterson at DC Paving Company for over 30 years.

He also performed the water treatment testing for the Greenhurst Village. He was a former member of the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club and the Herman Kent Post 777, American Legion, Celoron, NY. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending as much time as he could boating and fishing on Chautauqua Lake.

Surviving is a sister; Paula Weaver of Frewsburg, NY, a niece; Sara Weaver of Erie, PA, his longtime companion; Deborah Allen, with whom he made his home, and her family, Kelly, Alan, Bradley and Cameron Rupczyk of Raleigh, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Visitation will not be observed.
