Keith Dabney 81, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Friday October 5, 2018 at The Waters of Clifty Falls in Madison, IN. He was born on February 14, 1937 in Bethlehem, IN to Chester and Edna Brison Dabney. He was a retired custodian for Greater Clark County Schools and had worked at Marion Bares’ Texaco Station in Charlestown, IN.

He was also an Honorary member of the American Legion Post 335. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Dabney; stepson, Jay Smith; brothers, Emanuel and Earl Dabney; sisters, Lavana Cheatham, Mary Belle Stine and Laverne Boyer. Keith is survived by his daughters, Cindy Ramsey (Dave) of Madison, Laura Leineweber (Michael) of Madison, Donna Dabney Nalley (Glen) of Powell, WY and Kelli Bagby (Payton) of Jeffersonville, IN, son, Tony Dabney of Madison; stepson, Cary Smith (Lanae) of Eminence, KY; brothers Delbert Dabney of Marysville and Doug Dabney; sister, Leona Stapleton of Jeffersonville; 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Life Celebration services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday and after 9 am on Wednesday.
