Kenneth Cleveland Perdue, 70, of Trinity, died Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Lee Ellis and Rev.

Rick McCranie officiating. Born in Davidson County, NC, on April 6, 1949, Kenneth was the son of the late Willie and Josie Hill Perdue. He was a retired electrician and was a mechanic and “Jack of all trades”.

He was always helping others, especially his neighbors, family, and friends, working on lawn mowers, and tractors. He was an avid fan of antique cars and spending hours browsing the internet for cars. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded by his sister Doris Perdue Hurley, and brother Austin Perdue.

Surviving are his siblings, Peggy Perdue Causey of Asheboro, Betty Perdue Causey of Asheboro, Shirley Perdue Rich and husband Archie of Asheboro, Ardle Lee Perdue and wife Janice of Asheboro, Larry Perdue and wife Brenda of Asheboro, Rhonda Perdue Albertson and husband Donald of Thomasville, Stevie Perdue and wife Veronica of Asheboro; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at Ridge Funeral Home prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m, and other times at the home. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Mr. Kenneth C.
