Obituary for Kenneth Jones Kenneth Ray Jones, age 83, of Clinch Valley Rd, Sneedville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. He was a member of Shiloh Methodist Church. He retired from New Jersey Zinc Mines.

He was a member of Sneedville Masonic Lodge and Clinch Valley Fire Department. He was on the Hawkins County Equalization Board for 29 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Rick Jones; parents, Glenn and Esper Jones; brothers, Dale Jones and Doris Jones.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Juanita Jones; two special daughters, Teresa (David) Boucher, of FL, and Rhonda (Raymond) Johnson, of Ormond Beach; two grandsons, Jonathan (Kristy) Cecil, and Matthew (Tabitha) Cecil, of Daytona; two granddaughters, Amber (Jamie) Smith and Elizabeth Boucher; one special great grandson, Lucas Smith; two step great grandchildren, James and Christian; special family members, Elizabeth Jones, Sarah and Sam; brother, John (Martha) Jones; several nieces and nephews; a host of family and friends; special friends, Randy (Debbie) Lamb, and Troy (Lorraine) Alley. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Sunday, December 23, 2018, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Gary Matthews officiating.
