Kerry W. Allen, 48, of Milan, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at his home, following a battle with cancer. Services for Kerry will be 10 am, Thursday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm at the funeral home.

Kerry was born on December 31, 1970 in Danville, Ill. , the son of Jesse and Dale (Kinneer) Allen. He married Kathleen Kurowski on January 29, 2010 in St. Louis, MO.

Kerry was the Superintendent over the Recycled Materials Division at Riverstone Group. He was mechanically inclined and could fix anything. Kerry enjoyed cooking, woodworking, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; parents, Jesse and Dale Allen; children, Korri, Isaiah, Robin, Mitch and Jalyn; and a brother, Steve (Amy) Allen; and a sister, Ashley Knight; as well as a large extended family.
