Lai Lum January 27, 1925 – February 10, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Flemington, NJ – Lai Lum, 94, entered eternal life on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington. Born and raised in Canton China, son of the late Hong Lum and Noy Kam Wong, he moved to Hong Kong before immigrating to New York, NY in the early 1960s, and settling in Flemington, NJ upon retirement. Lai worked for over 25 years with Wing Fat Company in New York, NY before retiring.

Lai is predeceased by his beloved wife Wai Kam Lum, and is survived by his loving children, sons Larry and his wife Nancy; Benson and his wife Judy; Steven and his wife Lai; and Paul Lum and daughter Anita and her husband Kuen. He will be deeply missed by his eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Thursday, February 14 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Flemington.
