OBITUARY Laura Napier Holland April 10, 1936 – January 11, 2019 Laura Napier Holland, 82, of Conover, passed away on January 11, 2019 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Laura was born April 10, 1936 in Perry County, KY and was the daughter of the late William Napier and Mary Hall Napier. She loved working in her yard, watching NASCAR and all different ballgames; and she was a True Tarheels fan.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Edward “Tiny” Holland; daughter, Denita Sloan. Those left to cherish her memory are her niece (Caregiver), Margaret Combs; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Patty, Susan, Martha and Jan. A private graveside service will be held at Catawba Memorial Park on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
