November 22, 1946 – February 25, 2019 Lawrence Bain “Bogard” Humphrey, 72, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Monday. He was preceded in death by father, Bernice Bain Humphrey, mother, Mattie Battles Humphrey, and great niece, Madelyn Barnett. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Eva Bolin Humphrey, daughter, Rhonda (Wesley) Kilgo, daughter, Alisha Humphrey, son, James Humphrey, grandchildren, Whitley and Barrett Kilgo, sister, Debra (Rickey) Barrnett, one niece, Kim Barnett Haywood, one nephew, Rick (Jennifer) Barnett, one great niece, six great nephews, one great-great niece and many friends.

Visitation will be Thursday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Friday at 1:00 pm. www.
