L.C. Cooper, age 91, of Glenwood, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Mr. Cooper was born in Laurens County to the late Dennis and Bertha Branch Cooper. He was a farmer and member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Cooper. Survivors include his brother, Ray Cooper, of Macon; sister, Francis Whitley, of Macon, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Rock Springs Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Kevin Tanner will officiate.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00AM until funeral hour at the church. Pallbearers will be Derek Smith, Ernie Whitley, Dale Cooper, George Egas, Joey Huett, Rickey Graham and Hugh Smith.
