Obituary for Lella Fay Stephens Lella Fay Stephens, 67, of Anderson, passed away July 19, 2018 at her residence. She was born June 29, 1951 in Rural Bt Prairie, Illinois. She retired from the City of Anderson Park Dept and Hoosier Park.

She enjoyed walking the boardwalk at Vero Beach and Shadyside and watching the ducks from her personal bench. She also enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family. Lella is survived by her life partner, Alan Parr; children, Teresa (Robert) Carr, Rick (Paisha) Dowden; siblings, Ernie (Jude) Stephens, Carl (Jeaneen) Stephens, Glen (Tina) Stephens, Annita Berry Stephens; grandchildren, Tyler Tompkins, Kylee Tompkins, Brennen (Randi) Dowden, Brynley Dowden, Brailyn Dowden; great-grandchildren, Ameira Tompkins, Zayonna Hart, Jason Tompkins, Madyson Tompkins, Tylen Beckley, Blakelynn Dowden, Braxton Dowden, several nieces and nephews, special friend, Darla Lockhart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Delvania (Argo) Stephens. Visitation will be held Monday, July 23, 2018, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN. Services will be Tuesday, July 24, 2018, 11:30 pm at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in the East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society 5635 W. 96th Street Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46278. www.
