Benson Benson, Lester Edward of House Springs, Missouri was born July 30, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, to Lester Wardner and Loretta Agnes (nee Shannon) Benson and entered into rest, Friday, June 1, 2018 at his residence in House Springs, Missouri at the age of 69 years 10 months and 1 day. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Grace L. (nee Hill) Benson, He is survived by, Three (3) children, Rob (Amanda) Benson of St. Louis, Missouri, Cindy Benson Haspil of Chicago, Illinois, Kimberly (Bill) Hanley of Chicago, Illinois, Two (2) stepchildren, Charlie Condor of Washington, Missouri, and Ken (Heather) Condor of Branson, Missouri Fifteen (15) grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kristina, Eric, Joseph, Christopher, Breanna, Philip, Emily, Savannah, Payton, Charlene, Matthew, Ellen Jane, Mason and Matilda one (1) sister, Mary Benson of Chicago, Illinois, and many other family and friends. Lester was a member of Hillview Church and enjoyed being involved with the food pantry at his church with his minister and friend Danny.

Lester enjoyed yard work and fishing. His motto for life is “Take one day at a time”. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial service Sunday, June 10th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Hill View Acres Church 5608 Mark Trail, House Springs, Missouri 63051. (Take Hwy MM, turn off Robin Rd. and then to Mark Trail) Flowers may be sent to Hill View Acres Church the day of the service.
