Obituary for Lewis “Dean” Rollins Lewis “Dean” Rollins, 72, of Summerville passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his residence. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 10 o’clock until hour of Service at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 11 o’clock.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Lung Association, 44-A Markfield Drive, Charleston, SC 29407. Dean was born on March 18, 1946 in Greenville, SC, son of the late Bufford Rollins and Mildred Stanwick. He graduated from Summerville High School.

Dean retired after 34 years from Metro Electric Company. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and watching his grandson, Christian, play baseball.

Survivors include: one daughter: Christina Bulmer (Chris) of Summerville: one son: Lewis Dean Rollins, Jr. (Terrie) of Moncks Corner; five grandchildren: Christian Bulmer, Corky Ruff, Kenney Ruff, Shawn Ruff and Timmy Ruff.
