Obituary for Bennie L. Sanders Jr. Bennie L. Sanders, Jr., 77, of Ridgeville, husband of the late Linda Taylor Sanders, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 6 to 8 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 11 o’clock at Maple Cane Baptist Church, 21324 Augusta Hwy, Cottageville, SC 29435.

Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd. , Summerville, SC 29485. Flowers will be accepted.

Bennie was born on September 5, 1940 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Bennie and Ethel Sanders. He graduated from Murray Vocational School in Charleston, SC. Bennie enjoyed hunting and was a member of Shingler Hunting Club.

He was an avid Mason and was Past Master of the Round Lodge 270. He was also a member of the Omar Shrine Temple. Survivors include: two sons: Bennie Sanders and Dennie Sanders (Stephanie) both of Ridgeville; one daughter: Susan Rivers (Ronnie) of Ridgeville; seven grandchildren: Rachel (Charles), Heather (Bradley), Michael, Keith (Lauren), Daniel, Hannah, Mason; five great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by one brother: Robbie Sanders and one sister: Jerrie Jones. A memorial message may be written to the family by visiting our website at www. jamesadyal.com.
