Obituary for Brian Louis Scott Brian Louis Scott, 56, of Summerville, husband of Laura Scott, passed away on September 27, 2018 at Summerville Medical Center. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 4 o’clock to 6 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Brian was born on July 17, 1962 in Ashtabula, OH, son of Anna Marie Cartner of Summerville and the late Morley Scott.

He was a graduate from St. Johns High School. He received his Associates Degree in Engineering from Kent State in Ohio then went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Youngstown State in Ohio. He loved woodworking and fixing things.

Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and granddaughter. Survivors including his wife Laura of 33 years and mother Anna Marie are: one son: Devin Scott (Miranda) of Ft. Stewart, GA and one granddaughter: Paisley Kay Scott.
