Lillian Mae Miller, 93, of Westminster, formerly of Elkridge, died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the Carroll Dove House. Born May 5, 1925 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Florence Leonard Wills. Twice married, she was the wife of the late Martin T. Duggan who died in 1986 and Charles Miller, who died in 2011.

Lillian worked several jobs during her long life. The most recent was as a receptionist in the medical field. She liked to go to The Westminster Senior Center to play Canasta and also liked to play Bingo and go shopping.

She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Elkridge and was the last of her immediate family. She is survived by daughters Constance Drummond and husband Stephen, Kathleen Wooten and husband William (Gene), son Timothy Duggan and wife Cheryl, grandchildren Stephanie White and husband Michael, Kevin Drummond and wife Kasey, Kenny Drummond and wife Mary, Rachel Scaperotto and husband Charlie, Luke Duggan, Craig Wooten and fiancé Brianna Chan. Lillian is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Friday, 11:00AM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
