Loren R. Wheatley Jr, 52, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 16, 2018. Loren was born in Toledo, Ohio to Loren Sr. and Marie (Grove) Wheatley on August 8, 1966. On February 14, 1990, he married the love of his life, Kim Barrow in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

He served in the U.S Navy on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower during Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He had two children with Kim, Shane, 26 and Alexis, 22. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, Ohio State Buckeyes, NASCAR and his pups, Bauer & Rocky.

Loren is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kim; children, Shane (Jordan) and Alexis; parents, Loren Sr. & Marie; brothers, Timothy and Robert (Dawn); in-laws, John II & Linda Barrow; brothers-in-law John III Barrow and Greg (Dawn) Barrow; niece and nephew, Erika and Chase Wheatley; and so many loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Reeb Funeral Home in Sylvania, Ohio on Tuesday November 20, 2018 from 3-7 with service to follow.
