Obituary for Lorene Cleavinger (Mc Clure) Lorene Cleavinger was born on November 5, 1928 to her parents Marvin and Edna (Barber) McClure at home in Lamb County Texas. She died Thursday, April 26, 2018 in Georgetown, Texas at the age of 89 years, 5 months and 21 days. Lorene graduated from Olton High School in 1945.

She graduated from Isabel Powell Beauty College following the death of her husband Alton McNamara and opened the Springlake Beauty Shop which she owned and operated for many years. She loved gardening, square dancing, and being with her family. She was a member of Earth United Methodist Church.

Lorene is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Edna, husbands, Alton McNamara, Bill Perkins and Orville Cleavinger and her son, Johnny Dale McNamara. Also preceding her in death are her four sisters, Marie Bibby, Elizabeth Packard, Juanita White and Betty Cowell; and her four brothers, Howard McClure, Buck McClure, Bo McClure and Bobby McClure. Lorene is survived by her daughter, Diana Reese and her husband, Larry of Georgetown, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Laura McNamara of Lubbock, Texas; four grandchildren: Kayla Hanson and husband, Philip; David Reese and wife, Donna; Rhiana McNamara; Jeris McNamara and wife, Samantha, and great-grandson, James Dalton McNamara; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
