Loretta Mary Matto, 74, of Port Carbon, passed away Wednesday, October 24th, at ManorCare, Pottsville. Born in Port Carbon on May 18, 1944, she was a daughter of the late John & Mary (Michaels) Matto. She was a graduate of Nativity BVM High School, Class of 1962.

Loretta was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Church, St. Clair. She had been employed by various local department and grocery stores. Loretta is survived by two brothers: John Matto, & Joseph Matto, both of Port Carbon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, St. Clair, at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 29th, with Mon. William Glosser officiating. A viewing will be held Monday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, St. Clair.

Interment will immediately follow mass at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
