Lorraine’s Obituary Lorraine A Risteen (Reilly) born on January 13, 1936 in Medford, MA passed away on January 31, 2019 in her home in Garland, TX surrounded by her family at the age of 83. Lorraine is survived by her sons Richard Risteen and wife Cindy, Douglas Risteen, Paul Risteen and wife Amber; granddaughters Chelsea, Jordyn and Madison; grandsons Mathew and Alex and great granddaughter Payson. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Edward E Risteen Jr, father Charles Reilly, mother Alice Reilly, brothers Charles Reilly and Skip Reilly and sister Mary Leblanc.

While we will struggle with her earthly absence we take great solace in the knowledge that the kingdom of heaven opened its doors widely to welcome a truly kind, giving and selfless soul. To all who knew her the world may seem a little darker and colder without her, but the love and compassion she shared with so many of us will live on inside of us forever. The lights in heaven are burning a little brighter now with the addition of Lorraine.

May God bless her and keep her in his loving arms until the day we meet her again. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday February 5, 2019 at 1:30 PM at St Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, TX. Recitation of Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday February 4, 2019 at Williams Funeral Home in Garland, TX with visitation from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
