Mabel Alice Schofield was born on July 11, 1936 in Wellston, Oklahoma to Oliver Edward and Rosa Alice (Saak) Sapp. She passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 in Edmond at the age of 81. Mabel loved painting, drawing and basically anything creative.

She always had a very bright, vibrant personality and she never met a stranger. She was a member of the Wellston Senior Center. Mabel is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles Monroe Schofield.

A full obituary will be posted as soon as it becomes available. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in the Lehman Funeral Home chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
