“I’ve had some good days, I’ve had some hills to climb I’ve had some weary days, And some sleepless nights But when I look around, And I think things over All of my good days, Out-weigh my bad days I won’t complain” Our beloved, Mack Junior Buckley, age 77 of 211 Queenswood Blvd, Elizabeth City, NC, exchanged time for eternity on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. The quiet, loving, pleasurable life he lived, will be celebrated with much love and commemoration on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tyrone Smith, officiating.

He will be laid to earthly rest in the New Oak Grove Cemetery. Moments of Viewing and Visitation will take place on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the home of the deceased.

77 years of life, love and legacy will be cherished upon: one loving daughter, Sinobia B. Williams (Alandas, Sr.) of the home; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Earnestine Crutch, Martha Lou Jones, Ruby Geneva Palmer, Alfredia Kay Buford, Sandra Lorrette Scott, Earnest Edward Buckley and Billy Joe Buckley; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
