Malcom Dean Grier, 63, of Burnsville, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at his home. A native of Scotland County, NC, he was a son of John Marion Grier, Jr. of Chester, SC and the late Virginia Collins Grier. He was also preceded in death by a brother: Dennis Grier; and, a sister: Becky Grier.

Malcom was an auto mechanic. Surviving, in addition to his father, is a brother: John Grier and wife, Jackie, of Burnsville; and, a sister: Elaine Adams of Columbia, SC. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
