Clara Sledge age 85, of Sweetwater went home to be with the Lord, Friday, March 22, 2019. Preceded in death by, husband, Alvin Sledge, Son-in-law, J.R. Freeman, grandchildren, Chris Sledge, Amy Sledge, Nikki Guffey Survivors Sons: Junior Sledge, Danny Sledge. Daughters and son-in-law: Kathy Freeman, Janet and Jerry Gentry.

Grandchildren: Mike and Christy Sledge April and Jason Guffey, all of Sweetwater Marty and Kelly Sledge of Madisonville Eric Gentry of Sweetwater Great-grandchildren: David Sledge, Dakota Martin, Carson, Tyler, Gavin, Holly Sledge, Curtis Guffey Brother: Raymond and Sherry Berry , of ILL. Sister: Dorothy and Jeff Perin, of LA The body is at Sweetwater Memory Chapel where the family will receive friends Monday, March 25, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm in Sweetwater Memory Chapel.
