Obituary for Marcia Barnes Pratt, Kansas – Marcia Barnes, 81, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center in Pratt. She was born August 30, 1936 in Kansas City, Missouri adopted by Clarence and Leah (McCormick) Ladd. In 1964 she married Robert Barnes.

He preceded her in death. Marcia was a member of First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed weeding her garden, puzzles, watching television especially soap operas and playing board and card games.

She is survived by her son, David Barnes of Pratt; stepson, Robert Barnes of Belton, Missouri; and stepdaughter, Hazel King of Hutchinson. Marcia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and infant daughter, Theresa Barnes. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Cairo Cemetery, Cairo with Pastor Mike McGovney presiding.
