Margaret Ellen (Robinson) Stanley, 71, of Camden, AR died Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Silver Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center in Camden, where she had been a resident for many years. Margaret was born November 6, 1947 in Magnolia, AR. She attended public schools in Magnolia, Stephens, a parochial school in Hot Springs, and a business school in Shreveport, LA.

While a resident at Silver Oaks, formerly known as Valley Oaks, Margaret was voted Valentine Queen multiple times and was given the honor of being named Mrs. Silver Oaks. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan and was able to attend an Elvis impersonator concert shortly before her passing. Margaret was loved and will be greatly missed at Silver Oaks.

She was preceded in death by her mother Pansy Mildred Smith of Magnolia; father John Well Robinson of Marshall; grandparents Ben and Eunice Smith of Magnolia; adoptive parents Glenn and Margaret Smith of Stephens; and relative Caroline Lester. Margaret’s nearest surviving relative is Jay Lester and family of Conway. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 8 at 2:00 p.m. at the Silver Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center Dining Room at 1875 Old Wire Road in Camden, AR.
