Memorial services will be officiated by Pastor William Beck at 5 P.M. Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, for Margaret L. (Vannan) Welsh, who passed away peacefully Tuesday morning. Margaret was born August 22, 1951 in Youngstown, a daughter of James and Helen Meyers Vannan. She was a 1969 graduate of East High School, and was a stay at home mom, who took great pride in raising her family.

Besides spending time with her family, Margaret enjoyed raising and rescuing horses. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband John J. Welsh, whom she married September 12, 2003, children William (Autumn) Welsh III, Heather Ebbert, Suzanne L. (Jason) Perkey and Jennifer L. Delfosse, adopted sons David Story and John Welsh, brother James Vannan, Sr., ten grandchildren and a great aunt Delores Nech. Besides her parents, Margaret Is preceded in death by her first husband William T. Welsh, Jr., a grand son and nephew.
