Margaret “Peggy” Bennett, 74, of Oak Harbor, died Thursday evening, July 19, 2018, at Riverview Healthcare Campus in Oak Harbor. Peggy was born November 25, 1943, in Bellevue, Ohio, to Robert A. and Yvonne L. (Wright) Gohlike. Peggy graduated from Bellevue High School in 1961 and Davis Business College in 1963 and then worked as a job coach in Sandusky, OH and various other jobs.

In addition to her loving husband of 48 years, Peggy is survived by her daughter, Michelle Lee, grandchildren, Kyle Williamson, Anthony Spencer and Kamren Bennett; brother-in-law, Jim (Kelly) Bennett; niece, Suzanne Neidler, and nephews, Randy Neidler. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Bennett, and mother-in-law, father-in-law, Lois and Bill Bennett, sister, Judy Ann Neidler and granddaughter, Arianna Spencer. Graveside services will be conducted by Reverend David Voll 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.

Memorial contributions may be made to Flag City Honor Flight Program, Heartland Hospice, or the Ottawa County Humane Society. Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor is assisting the family with arrangements.
