Margie Ann Zastrow, 78, of Hermann, MO, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Hermann Area District Hospital. Margie was born in Chamois, Missouri on June 14, 1940, a daughter of the late Ben Buscher & Myrtle (Nichols) Frederick. She was the wife of Albert “Leon” Zastrow.

They were united in marriage on October 23, 1965, in Gasconade, Missouri. Leon survives at the home. Margie is also survived by a brother Walter Buscher & wife Donna, of Arnold, Missouri, a sister, Carol Keilholz & husband Ray, of Jefferson City, Missouri, a sister, Paula Wilson & husband Robert, of Linn, Missouri, and by many nieces & nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Paul Frederick, a son Theodore Lee, and a brother Ed Buscher. Margie was a member of Hermann United Methodist Church. She worked for Florsheim Shoe Factory, for Steven’s Toy Factory, and then for Pretium Packaging.

In her free time she enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 10th from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, Hermann. Memorials may be given to Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer or St. John’s U.C.C., Stolpe.
