Maria’s Obituary Maria I. D’Alessio, a resident of Warrington, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at The Solana Doylestown. She was 88. Born in Naples, Italy, Maria immigrated to the USA when she was 20 on the SS Andrea Doria.

She held a variety of occupations, including being a seamstress for both Botany 500 and Alfred Angelo making wedding gowns. She retired from Keystone Franklin plumbing supplier. Maria loved to cook and host dinners at her home for family and friends.

She, like her late husband, loved the sea. However, she loved her family, friends, and all of their pets most of all. Maria is survived by her children, Vincent D’Alessio, Teresa R. D’Alessio (Ron Alfors), and Anthony J. D’Alessio (Karla).

Also surviving are four grandsons Vincent D’Alessio, John D’Alessio, Robert D’Alessio, Aaron Alfors; and 2 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing after 10 AM, Thursday, January 24, followed by her funeral service at 11 AM in the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale. Entombment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
